QUALITY-PRODUCTIVITY-ADDED VALUE

At the enterprise level, when you want greater productivity without affecting the prototype you specified, you will have to resort to incorporating robotic technology, using automation, establish more complex physical-chemical processes. But this, too, would somehow jeopardize the properties of materials, and hence the attributes of quality. This does not seem  important issue  of the industrial sector. Today, the industry produce for more and more people. People with decimated purchasing power. So, some  economic organizations (EO) resort to cheap materials that do not fulfill properties and  the quality attributes of the products are minimized in the transformation process to meet technical requirements.

From the consumer perspective, quality is important in the concept of value added. Thus, the EO that gradually focuses on improving indicators such as "waste", "reprocessing time", "preparation and assembly times", can increase its value added. In the case of "time" variable, mainly, the EO´s  should to do  efforts  for planning the flow  with activities that add value, that is, with activities that directly affect the transformation of the product, in favor of the requirements of customers. Them should  reduce those activities  that only increase the total cycle time, such as tasks of miscellaneous elements that do not add value to the product.
